About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Ink & Furrow website or purchase artwork from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Artwork and colour

We take care to represent artwork, colour, scale and framing accurately. Screens and devices can display colour differently, and handmade or artist-led work may include small variations that form part of its character. Product descriptions and dimensions should be checked before ordering.

Orders and payment

An order is subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

Intellectual property

Artwork, images, designs, text and other creative material on this site remain protected by intellectual property rights. Buying an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the image.

Bespoke colourways

Where a bespoke or personalised colourway is commissioned, the agreed specification will be used to prepare the work. Because personalised goods are made specifically for the customer, cancellation and return rights may differ from those for standard products. See Delivery & Returns for further information.

Liability and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
